Job Orthopedic/Medical Sales and Service Representative

Overview:Procare Medical is currently seeking a motivated Orthopedic Sales and Service Representative to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Specializing in the sales and service of a range of orthopedic products, the ideal candidate will be responsible for growing sales within a defined territory in the Greater Vancouver area and Vancouver Island as well as providing clinical orthopedic knee bracing services and support to key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-centric individual with initiative and drive.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Sales and marketing to new and prospective customers, clinical specialists and doctors.
• Provide training and clinical assessment services, sizing, fitting and adjustment of functional knee bracing.
• Providing product training and clinical support for our range of orthopedic products and services.
• Frontline customer service, assisting customers and responding with timely solutions to address specific needs.
• Attend conferences and events to promote and market Procare Medical product lines.
• Assist in a range of operational supporting tasks within the organization.
• Provide clinical and customer service support to Managers and other team Reps.

An ideal candidate would have an athletic background in Kinesiology with clinical experience working with sport medicine-related products and orthopedic knee braces. Be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team environment to achieve organizational and personal goals.

Qualifications:

• Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience with fitting and working with orthopedic functional knee orthoses and their assessment and fitting.
• Prefered Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Kinesiology, another life science or a business discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical sales setting.
• Experience marketing to medical professionals and physicians.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Based Software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with Quickbooks, Sage and/or other accounting software would be beneficial.
• Valid driver's license, car and the ability to geographically cover the regional Greater Vancouver area.
